Honestly I think they're part of a certain persona kinda like women with a buzz cut or blue hair.
Although the nipples in that photo looked horrifying in general I wouldn't be turned off or chased away by a girl with piercings like this but they are definitely not my go-to type.

Not a fan of the ear to nose one cause seems like too much is going on. But, I kinda want to try the nipple to nipple one. Really looks beautiful :) and I do have my nipples pierced so could be nice to try.

I'm not sure I would date a girl that went to that extreme... A nose piercing fine but ear to nose or nipple to nipple... I'm going to say that fish hooks freak me out and having a needle sticking close to where I would going to make love would make me too paranoid. But this is just me. I know for a fact plenty of guys would like this and already do, it's just not me :)

I am not sure I am brave enough to have my nipples pierced but I do love the non-pierced nipples chains. Does that count? The nose to ear I think looks great one the right person but it isn't for me.

Got nipple to nipple ones  Nipples aren't pierced you make nipples hard and tighten hoop round them.  I wear them at times

I have no feelings on them except that it seems like a really stupid thing to have. Showing how edgy you are with something that will cause some extreme pain and is easily ripped out in many situations.

It looks like something a horse would have on so it could be secured to a post in the old west.
Not one to judge others, but if I had kids that did that I would not be happy. I would make the analogy of securing the horse to the post at the table.

I like the nose necklaces when it comes to Indian Eastern and gothic type of clothes I don't know about the nipples ones tho wouldn't they maybe be uncomfortable also how would someone wear them if there nipples aren't always erect?

Stupid and what if it catches onto something randomly. This seems like a Northern east Asia custom so like Greece, Turkey etc. Greece, well thats Europe, yes but Greeks have been inner mixed and culturally mixed with Turkish.
