Depends more on the type of the body they have , figure, curves , etc but assuming both have similar body structure , I'd say the one with skin tight dress

Picture has face. Shows nicer curves. Camisoles are also nice. Maxis are fucking awesome. The black and red dress very few can pull it off while looking awesome.

Probably yes. But the last dress looks casually classy while the first two look very uncool and the short dresses are harder to pull off for most people. But if they pull it off then i would probably stare glances at her all day.

But how would they pull it off? If they have wide hips or-? Usually dresses like those look good with wide hips although they might need to be a lil' longer to be seen as "casual"

Generally too large hips can't pull them off. Taller girls are more likely to look good in them. The red dress girl actually looks good in it.

Still prefer functional over a dress. What if i want to take her on my motor cycle. Or we go horse back riding. A dress is inappropriate for that.
