I don't think it makes her unattractive she's still a beautiful girl she just has a lot more acne than say the average person. I don't think people should assume she doesn't take care of herself because acne is hard to get rid of especially like this, hell I've known people who had it this bad and even acutane didn't help but eventually something will. I think if someone is mature enough they will look past something temporary like this.
Let's be honest here. Guys want girls who have flawless skin. I don't think this girl is ugly, but the acne does not help. Most guys would prefer a girl who is pretty with good complexion. If you don't believe me, just look at the results from the votes.
To be perfectly honest yes I would recoil, but if she actively does something about it with considerable results (like medical help or something) I would settle with it cause otherwise she has a pretty face.
She’s attractive in her own way. Although personally I’d never want my acne to be that bad simply for the fact that I like having a clean smooth face. OCD gets to me, so if I had acne like this I’d die.
I had skin like that when I was a teen and I know how that can destroy self confidence. I really feel for people in that situation and going to the doctor won't help because most of them are ignorant because they have never lived through it so the most You can expect is a damn pill. I'll just say for Me it was diet and I've noticed when I eat a lot of carbs that My skin starts to break out. My skin hardly breaks out anymore but I watch My diet and My career helps to keep the skin clear since I work on the ocean the salt air dries out My skin pretty much.
Look start eliminating things from Your diet and watch to see if Your skin changes. The common foods are milk, wheat, & sugars. You will have to take one food out of Your diet and observe Your skin for months to see if it gets better. There is a term used in computer programming which states garbage in garbage out and by in large the majority of health problems are caused by poor diet. You could go to a doctor and possibly get a cream or a pill but that won't fix the underlying condition so unless You get it at the source nothing will help.
@Daniela1982 I know it's not true because I had skin just as bad when I was a teen. I'm just observing that in My own case it's diet or should I say when My blood sugar gets bad I break out like crazy. I have talked to many other people and they all said the same thing as they got older they realized certain foods make them break out and one of the common ones is dairy.
@Daniela1982 You know what I think I'll listen to someone whom grew up with a pizza face over someone whom never had skin problems and no the occasional zit is not a skin problem.
but how do you know that it is the foods in her diet? some conditions aren't as simple as cutting out certain things in diet, they could just be a genuine medical condition, a couple of friends of mine have conditions like this and they have strict dietary regimen whereby it is actually being monitored and advised by the medical professionals... and in certain cases not caused by consumption of food but other triggers like allergic reactions to things within the environment around them... some are caused by medications that they must take due to a life threatening condition and the acne or blemishes they get as a result are actually unavoidable, and many cases nothing works to counter this issue... some can but not all but it could be a case of what soap or shampoo you use or even the type of washing powder/liquid you use for your clothes... not everything can be solved with a better diet and in some cases other underlying conditions may make dietary control of more risk than a possibiltity
I have bad tolerences with certain foods and while i agree they can create bad side effects and reactions, this doesn't appear to be a food related reaction, but more like a different medical issue entirely...
Honestly at first glance, she looked like she had freckles. My boyfriend has acne as well, but I don't find him any less attractive. Either way, what should matter is if she has a good soul. That's what pulled my boyfriend and I together
More like a good average. She has no facial distortions and nice lips. You could (I could do it too) photoshop or paint away the acne and she would turn out average even with make up
Not at all , if i will love any girl in my entire life , i will make sure , i will love with her soul more and never judge her on her looks and felt bad for the guys comments who are saying , its unattractive. How can you say about a god's child?
I think no, even though that acne is very gross and severe, I picked no because I don't think she would be very attractive if her skin was clear. Like seriously how is that Little neck holding up that big ass head?
If that was not said. I would have thought it was a motorbike accident!
There is no reason to walk around looking like that. Get yourself to a dermatologist toot sweet. You'll ruin your skin longer term, if you don't get that issue looked at.
She has quite severe acne and it makes her less attractive. But I wouldn't say unattractive, and acne is treatable, and probably won't stay for the rest of her life.

No need for flawless, but definitely not THAT.
@DiscomfortZone Flawless might be the wrong word, but just a nice skin.
Yes indeed. And whatever that thing is in the picture it sure as hell ain't nice. Some people are just honest about it.
Bloodsweattears is right
Right
@MelanaG Thank you Melana!
You can still see her beauty, it doesn't alter facial features, but she should seek help

WOAH okay this girl needs to check up with a dermatologist.
Yes, but attractive isn't binary. Does it make her less attractive? Yes. Does that make her unattractive? No, not necessarily.
My God She needs to eliminate the foods in Her diet that is causing that.

@jkm1864 food often has nothing to do with it. They used to say chocolate caused that but it is not true.
@Daniela1982 I know it's not true because I had skin just as bad when I was a teen. @Daniela1982 Milk is a really big reason. If I drink milk, I tend to break out the following days afterward.
@Daniela1982 You know what I think I'll listen to someone whom grew up with a pizza face over someone whom never had skin problems and no the occasional zit is not a skin problem.
What kind of dairy foods as here are a ton of them, from ice cream to cottage cheese.

@SjE78 Yeah, I've neve seen anyone get that bad from just eating the wrong food. I wonder if the rest of her body is like that too.
@Daniela1982 It depends some people have problems dealing with certain foods like wheat and dairy it's almost like a mini food allergy.
@Daniela1982 I agree, it does look like other underlying conditions have played a major factor...
It hurts her overall attractiveness and opportunities because some people cannot see past the acne.
"some" it looks like a disease at this point
It does look like a disease, I agree. There's a beautiful woman under there waiting to get out but some people will refuse to look for her.
More like a good average. She has no facial distortions and nice lips. You could (I could do it too) photoshop or paint away the acne and she would turn out average even with make up
Holy shit! That is the worst case I have ever seen. Hopefully all that will clear up without leaving scars.
Acne doesn't make people unattractive. I'm sure she's a lovely person.
Not at all , if i will love any girl in my entire life , i will make sure , i will love with her soul more and never judge her on her looks and felt bad for the guys comments who are saying , its unattractive. How can you say about a god's child?

Yes but I think even without acne she would be unattractive to me
It depends on her personality for me.
She has quite severe acne and it makes her less attractive. But I wouldn't say unattractive, and acne is treatable, and probably won't stay for the rest of her life.
She's got a pretty face and a bad case of something. I'd lay odds she has food allergies more so than just a severe case of acne.
Yes, its totally out of hand! She should be taking medication, changing her skin care routine, altering her diet, something.
