I usually like when the guy has a small pointy nose, squarish/roundish head, piercing eyes, decent jawline, beautiful smile and smooth brows. How important is face when it comes to picking a partner?
Extremely important. Facial looks are everything. (Well, besides personality, of course.) Because you're choosing the person that you will spend the rest of your life with (most likely living together, though there are some people who prefer to have their own places. It's not very economical, though.) You will see them every day. And since eye contact is important, you will have to look directly at them. Don't you want to look at someone who is beautiful? (No offense to ugly people. You're beautiful, too. But we're talking about looks here.)
Also, I think this plays a major part in the relationship when it comes to conflicts and arguments (as they will naturally arise eventually, at least once.) If the person you're arguing with is hot, and if you're sexually attracted to them, you're less likely to hate them. You will want to reach a compromise. (Because otherwise you might not be able to fuck them later, if you're still beefing.) Also, if you consider them cute, you will be less likely to be mean to them. (Because how can you be mean to someone who is cute?)
So, in other words, if people are attracted to each other, they will treat each other better, and the relationship will last longer.

The face is the nr.1 feature that defines if I am into her or not. If she doesn't have the face, it won't work with the attraction. Because to be attracted to her it doesn't just need a good matching personality, she has to have a cute face and the body is second or third. If she has a cute face but is obese or has a toxic personality or is super skinny boyish body, it will also not work
I don’t really think that the face is the most important thing when meeting someone new, but it also depends on the situation. In a bar or club, then looks will play a major role for me to want to chat with them. In my daily life, I’ve met men that were average/ok looking, but not exactly my preference, yet they had something, and made me feel all nervous and silly around them. With dating online, I found I talked to a great deal of people who didn’t catch my eye in a big way, and some of them grew on me. My current partner and I chatted like long lost friends everyday, all day from the first message. His photos weren’t great, but he was nice, funny and very similar to me. We met 3-4 weeks later. Even from a distance getting out of my car I saw him and thought ‘nope’, but as soon I was sat opposite him in the coffee shop I was smitten. He looked so handsome in real life. The camera didn’t do him any justice. Even now, I can look at one of his pictures on my phone and go gooey eyed!

Obviously it’s the face. Unless you meet that someone at the beach, it’s unlikely that you will even know what their body looks like. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not being dismissive, I do understand that one can easily see if someone is fat, or skinny, but I’m just referring to the middle of the road hot guy! Sometimes they are CUT! While other times, they may look like they have a smoking hod bod, but have zero definition! But still the face is where I look when speaking with a guy, I just wish guys would do the same! I was actually thinking of getting photo-realistic tattoos of MY eyes, on my breasts, so at LEAST guys would be looking at my eyes when we talk, no matter what!
Oh, I definitely prefer a guy to have some muscle tone and well defined at that! It’s not a deal breaker, my boyfriend isn’t “built” and he doesn’t have that definition I mentioned, but I was answering for my preference, not my reality. There are a thousand qualities a guy can have that are WAY more important than how he looks without his shirt on... at least to me, anyway!
I want someone nice to look at but a pretty man I find to be distrusting. Not because I think they're bad people just they have more options. Anyone that doesn't have a matching moral compass or the same views on what being faithful is not going to see certain behaviour in the same way as me. They may be more tolerant of things that I'm not comfortable with simply because they've been exposed to this kind of behaviour. I'm not so trusting of the opposite sex, mostly because I've been single and ended up with men already in relationships or with men who are looking to "leave" without going cold turkey. So for me face is great but it's not top of the list. Also I don't really attract pretty men so yeah talking out my ass.
I was a little disappointed to find out that this isn't A poll because I was interested in knowing how many people chose each without having to look though the comments... Face and hair are the most important because they are the first thing that I see on that woman. But body is very important. That doesn't mean that I have narrow selection of some perfect woman body. That mean that I don't find fat girls pretty. And of course if she has certain parts of body normal or little bit smaller that isn't problem. But when it comes to talk, character and intelligence are very important too. Again, that doesn't mean that I want only girls with IQ 130 or something like that. That means that I want girl that is average smart as me and she doesn't have any mental issues.

Very. Not the most important but definitely part of the puzzle. I want to wake up to a pleasant face and also I don’t want to curse my children with bad looks 😂😂. I’ll take a woman with an average body with a beautiful face over a woman with an amazing body but ugly face.

They are pretty important to most people except somebody who is blind in one way or another.. I think we all like a face we can look at everyday and be happy lookin at it.. Some people like a person's fade right off the bat, and some people grow to love the face they are lookin at over time.. 😅
To be honest it's more so than the body. Reason being is that, you have to wake up to this person every single day and look at them on a daily basis. When it comes to the body that can be easily taken care of through diet and excerise to achieve the physique you want. And clothing can play a big role on how you choose to present yourself.
I've always been more of a nice body guy. I would take a woman with an incredible body with an average face over a woman with a gorgeous face with an average body. That said when I was younger I always thought Vanessa Williams, Stacy Dash and Kenya Moore were all drop dead gorgeous women. Floyd Mayweather's ex was another show stopper.

To the average person face is everything. After all, you will see that face forever ideally and it's always showing unlike body parts. However there are people whom sexuality surpass visual attraction and instead are more attracted to intelligence for example. And either way, when you like someone, the face slowly starts to feel prettier with the time.

My opinion, face is very important. The first stage of attraction is when someone catches your attention due to that person's looks, meaning the face, the body, or both. They catch your attention because you like and are attracted to their physical attributes. So, it's only natural for someone to want their partner have a nice face. Besides, you will eventually be spending a lot of time with that person. I think anyone would want to have a nice face to look at.
For me it’s extremely important. That’s the first thing I notice and an attracted to. I need to be able to look at someone and really be attracted. What attracts me the mist is jawline and nose.. not too big and not too small either!

I have a thing about noses, pointed noses get a more positive response from me than rounded noses... Couldn't tell you why. Otherwise it's up in the air.

You're going to look at someone's face for the rest of your life, if they're your partner. So whatever it is you like about a face, you better find it in that person.
It's definitely important but not everything. I can overlook a guys physical flaws because I myself also am flawed. As long as he accepts me for who I am and cares about me I will be happy.
I'd say at least 60% now as I get older it won't matter as much. I am young though I still need a nice female hunk. I'd say compared to others I am not as shallow. Like I don't care about race or weight as much.
A face is very important! It's the first thing you see. It's litteraly right in your face! And you need to kiss the person then i prefer to wanting to look at it and touch it as long as possible.
The most important for me out of physical looks. I don't care how her body looks if she is pretty. Also it's the first thing i see so obviously i wouldn't approach her if i don't like her face.
I confess I looked for a guy with similar features to mine, and the closest one is probably middle man, top chart with the same strawberry blonde hair. Though with buzzcuts I look more like lowermost middle man in chart 2.
The first 2 girls are gorgeous and the other 2 are very pretty. At the end of the day her face is the one I'll see more than any other. I want that face to be pleasing to me.
