Do You Make Assumptions Off of Someone Depending On The Length of Their Shorts?

Like if they're short shorts thinking something like, "They must be bold." Or "They seem like someone whose not afraid of a good time," "They're confident." Or if they're wearing long shorts, "They're conservative." "They look frumpy." Etc?

In a way. But I don't use that as a measurement of how good or bad they are as a person. Certain personality types tend to wear certain clothing. One person may wear it to feel sexy, another because it doesn't trap heat, and someone else may wear it for the aesthetic. You just never know. So I definitely don't treat them in any different way because of it. The only way I'd treat them differently is if their personality or character caused me to.

but they shouldn't be judged some people just will
