For people who don't know what goth girl is:

What is a goth girl?
It is stereotyped as eerie, mysterious, complex and exotic. A dark, sometimes morbid fashion and style of dress, typical gothic fashion includes colored black hair and black period-styled clothing. Both male and female goths can wear dark eyeliner and dark fingernail polish, most especially black.

If possible please do not comment on my glasses. I know they look weird on me but I can't live without them.

Looks good, but, right now, you really don't look gothy (although I love the shoes and they are gothy enough) - you just look like a pretty girl in a black dress. Personally, I think white hosiery is fine, but it doesn't look gothy, just attractive.

Consider dark sheer or dark fishnets to be more gothy. For example, take a look at Mojca Zugna, the bassist of Clan of Xymox...

Don't do army boots like Mojca though. That's not really a good look. I like what you've done better - you just need to have more darkness over your skin to get that goth look,

Yes you can, however remember one of the key things is originality.

making the look the person who you actually are, it’s often more than just a fashion, it’s a statement.

it really would be good seeing what look you think you would go for, there are quite few looks that you could easily do.

obviously hair is a nice area to include.

Tattoos and piercings are also hugely sexy.

I voted yes, because you can pull it off just as well as anyone else could, but I don't think it is a good look; it will diminish your appearance, in my opinion. Even good looking girls don't look very attractive with the goth look. It is off-putting/pretentious looking.
