I like the green dress more because it has a nice style with the skirt and I like the ruffle-smooth-ruffle, and I like the flower patterns.
I don’t like the white dress because it looks like kind of unfinished? Like it looks like the default start of a dress, it just can’t compete with the green dress at all IMHO

The first one is much better for you. The shade of green goes well with your skin tone. The fit is really nice.
