the outfit looks rather average/normal, I don't see anything weird with it.

I have started to wear a waist apron over my leggings just because I like that It looks like a little skirt (sexy and cute) lol some people think I work as a waitress, and I don't so THAT is really weird but I don't really care I just like how it looks. Mine is more weird than yours lol If you like it wear it. The end. 😁!!

Weird? No. Extremely retro? Yeah. It's a classic look hasn't been around for ages that doesn't mean you can't wear it, people wear unconventional things all the time.
