Which makeup style do you prefer (asides from no makeup)?

The realities over the course of a year various styles are tried.

on Your average day, it may be make up for the office and then non at home.

it may be no make at home and make up going out to pub. It really is down to the girl to decide how she wants to be, it’s amazing when someone skilled puts make up on.

Subtle blue-green eyeshadow, eyeliner with mascara and I'm ready.
I don't use liquid makeup and lipstick often, I don't have any motivation and time to do 1 hour paintwork with eyebrows and eyelashes.

i'm not good at makeup in detail so usually it's more natural, just focus on hiding eye circles, acne, give a little blush and lipstick or lip balm with soft color

Out of the list you've given, my favourites are the Korean Style and Natural. Grunge and Anime Style follow next. Worse and most hated are the Glam and Soft Glam.

The Korean Style makeup has that nice wet gloss look on the lips. I've always liked that.

Not listed is French Style makeup. That one has always been my all-time favourite. I like the bold red lipstick and soft features on the face.

I lived in Korea. Korean girls tend to have a big puff of skin under their eyes. They hate it and get plastic surgery to get rid of it. I think it's adorable and nature put it there for a reason because it highlights and brings out their eyes. But half of humanity just wants to look like depressed American girls anymore. Why, I have no idea. But the Korean girls who do have the puff of skin under their eyes like to put white sparkly glitter on that area for some reason. It's actually kind of cute.

I don't like any makeup style.
But I don't mind grunge and other subculture style makeups (goth, punk, rockabilly etc).

I don't mind makeup being used for the sake of self-expression, but I hate the "glam" shit, concealing, contouring and otherwise attempting to use makeup to make oneself look more appealing.

The very first photo on the left looks better than any of the others. By the way, hardware worn in the nose, or anywhere other than in the ears, it's a total turn off.

I dunno. I usually just do eyeshadow, eye liner, and mascara. If I'm feeling really fancy I'll do foundation and powder. I don't know what you'd call just a basic make up style.

Then those women in the Glam makeup one are really, really pretty.

Gotta love the Celtic woad makeup too. Celts, especially the Picts and Irish, used to paint their faces in blue markings using the woad plant.

1. anime/uwu
2. grunge
3. glam

No, because the major reason I hate makeup is the odor it gives off, wheras the 1-3 are based off artistic aesthetics.

In otherwords, if you are going to smell bad, look pretty doing it.

That said, glam right, anime left, soft glam left, korean right, and both no makeup makeups, all look like no makeup at all to me, because I've met people who just look like that normally. (korean left just looks like lipstick and nothing else as well)

I like natrually flawless skin that looks like it has no makeup makeup on it, but I also like contrast, so the grunge look would be appealing as well if those women naturally looked that way.

Lots of men can’t tell the difference between no makeup and a lot so I understand what you mean. Unless a girl is wearing eyeshadow or lashes, people think it’s natural when it isn’t. Anyway makeup shouldn’t be giving out an odour LOL if it is then it’s probably expired or they picked a bad brand. Thanks for the opinion

It makes it way harder to judge the makeup when the girls are so different and you end up judging the girls instead. I would say grunge, although it makes me think she isn't a good long term partner.

You think men don't know this? Go look at the questions asked on this site about make up. Men almost always say they don't like it and prefer the natural look. Women almost always say "Men don't know what they want, they only think they like the natural look"

It's because in this society and culture, that is what is known as sexual signalling. A girl who puts make up on in a certain style is signalling that she is looking for sexual attention.
