Honestly at this point my answer is the same one that I give for breasts, natural. Lips with fillers simply look gross and don't really look alien. Also like implants when a procedure goes wrong it can go really, really wrong. I have seen way to many pictures of women with duck face to even think lip fillers and other crap is a good idea.

I was trying to look back at some celebrities I find most attractive to see if there's a pattern. I don't think there is one I can pinpoint to one of these. It might have to do with how well it matches the rest of her face. One thing I don't think I like except in very rare exceptions is very thick and full lips.

Heart-shaped lips or full lips with a defined Cupis's bow are the prettiest, I think. I don't like these fake overfilled Kylie Jenner lips with no definition that I see everywhere
