105-115 lbs.
For women, if you want to be seen on the cover of a national fashion magazine, to sign a lucrative national ad contract, to become a "supermodel", or even to be a "fashion model", you need the following when you start:
1. Be between 15-19 years old.
2. Be between 5'9" and 6' tall.
3. Be thin. Really, really thin. Something like 105-115 pounds, except for Plus models, who can be dress sizes 10-20 or so, depending on the market.

Look up a BMI calculator for your ideal measurement.
However, everyone's body is different. For a model physique you can expect to be on the lower end of normal BMI and have to account for your build as well.
I have no idea, maybe 135, 150. I'd guess it depends on how big your tits are. If they're huge, add another 10 to 15 lbs..
I have seen clients that tall run from 130 to about 170 and as long as they were HWP, they looked fine to me.

I would say around 150lbs would be ideal for an average female, but it depends how much muscle tone you have, as you can carry more weight when you have an athletic physique eg. strong thighs
BMI should be between 20 and 25, so you'll need to go metric!,
