•Showers are nearly everyday, since I physically train a lot. Now, this doesn’t mean I always use a lot of body or hair products, since I don’t think it is healthy to be using this on your body and hair everyday.
•I usually have a cleanser and scrub that I use on my face to cleanse it 2x a day morning & night.
I’ve used the following:
-BHA Paula’s Choice liquid exfoliant
-Apricot Scrub w/salicylic acid
-Biore charcoal scrub
-Tula superfruit cleanser
