Looks fake, your bangs offset the hair color. Looks like extensions honestly. Regardless go with what you are comfortable with vs what random people think.
Comfort in self is better than comfort from opinions.

Yes... if you cut it the change will be immediate... if you decide it was a mistake, it will take YEARS to grow it back... Longer hair is a sign of "commitment" it shows that you are NOT flighty... that's a good thing

If you like the length, yep. I went “short” once and the problem I had was that I couldn’t do as many things with it being shorter. Some people look amazing with short hair. I am not one of those people…..
