Right now, cause it's so warm, I mostly wear a tank top and either a short or a string  In the winter it's liek 3 socks, 3 sweaters and joggers on top lmao

In a high quality pajamas! Sleeping naked is disgusting you can have contact with germs and bacteria easily entering your body.
And lets not pretend you change your bedsheets at least 3 times per week right ? Right ? If you do ok perhaps you can. .

Oh but researchers say sleeping healthy will make you have a better healthy vagina! No dude quality food will. If you eat broccoli you will smell like broccoli.

I will sleep naked only if I am into the reproduction process !

As a teen I wore my briefs to bed so when I got up in the night to "Drain the swamp" my privates were covered. Gotta remember that as a teen there were frequent boners occurring. and during that period of time moms usually taught there sons that there was a certain degree of shame in that. So, an attempt was made to cover When I left home I removed the briefs because I enjoyed my nudity. "Hey, my creator or creatrix got it right", I have slept that way for 50 years. Can't remember the name of the hormone that is released when you sleep nude but, Look it up.

For almost my entire life I've slept nude. It's so much more comfortable and it's healthier for you. When I got to college and had a roommate in the dorms I only lasted two or three weeks before I decided to ask my roommate if he minded if I slept nude. He seemed pretty relieved and said he wanted to sleep nude too but didn't want to ask and risk making things weird. Aside from that three week stint and a few nights here or there sharing a hotel room, etc. I've pretty much exclusively slept nude ever since I've been out of diapers.

I usually wear gym shorts or I sleep in my drawers, lmao. Usually no shirt. And I have to wear my neck gaiter that I fold and use as a headband to keep my hair contained since it’s long right now. And of course my sleep mask. My bed is directly under a skylight so the sun would bother me once day breaks. Surprised I don’t get sunburned while I sleep lmfao.
