As a retired jewelry store owner/gold smith/diamond & colored stone setter, I would say go with A.
Based on your picture that emerald looks like a piece of Jade, it looks more opaque than an emerald should look like.
The ruby earrings are highly included, and they don't seem to match each other very well.
Black diamonds are not worth very much, nor are they very popular in larger sizes, that round ruby in the picture look kind of opaque as well.
The Tanz looks kind of light in color, and they are a very soft stone much like an emerald, so if you wear it daily it will end up very scratched up and not look very nice.
I'm thinking that is not a natural blue diamond, but one that has been irradiated.
Those can fade a bit over time, plus there is no size given or clarity given.
Usually those are not high-quality stones to begin with before they irradiate them, or they would lose value.
But just based on what you have shown The CD is nice if you like green, the blue diamond set in a pendant with white diamonds can look really nice, esp in white gold.
I'm just basing this on my years in the industry.
My father was apprenticed after WW@ for his GI bill.
I grew up in the industry, I could size a ring, sort of in the 3rd grade and started doing as a living in 75, and I owned the store for 32 years.
The ruby
1.50 CT Ruby , great color
I won 4 Rubies and the Earrings for 6 total.
