Is it normal to feel insecure?

Yes it's normal and common to feel so. Everyone has different things to be unhappy about. I don't have wrinkles, eye bags or acne ( I had acne as a teenager) but I don't like how my skin looks after putting on sunblock and night cream. It looks greasy as hell and I don't like that look.
I also get severe anxiety on special occasions when I have to wear makeup. The only thing I like is red lipstick as my lips are pale and the most important things to highlight in my country are eyes (with kohl) and lips (using red lipstick). People love that sort of high-contrast look.
I feel the most confident right after washing my face when there's no sebum or product on it as whatever I apply ends up looking oily but I can't really do that as I'm diligent about skincare.
I also feel a little self-conscious during workouts as I hate being sweaty and my face turns red. I don't let it stop me because you need to value your own opinion about yourself first.
I feel sort of bad when I wear baggy clothes as opposed to form-fitting bodycon dresses.
I prefer leaving my hair open to having it up in a ponytail or bun.
So, you need to find out what makes you feel more like a goddess. It could be anything.
Above all, avoid negative people who magnify your tiniest flaws.
Whenever a girl insults me I tell myself she's no Aishwarya Rai or if a guy is rude to me I remind myself he's not Henry Cavill.
I frequently encounter racists online and if it ever happens to me in real life, I will make sure they go to jail. They want me to feel insecure about my ethnicity. Unfortunately, most of the online racists I have come across are WHITE. I didn't expect it as the prevalent stereotypes in the world are that BLACK people are aggressive but sorry! They're very calm and civilised in my experience and I'm neither black nor white.
I love my culture after enduring years of racism on the internet. The racists FAILED massively as I don't see anything wrong in belonging to my community. They wanted me to detest every aspect of it ranging from our festivals to the clothes.
Someone even said the red dot on the forehead is a stupid thing and I still feel more feminine whenever I wear it. I love the girly and colourful outfits.
To summarise, no one can bring you down without your consent. Thus, it's important to stop being too critical of yourself and take good care of your skin, hair etc. not because you want to impress people but because you love yourself.
anti aging creams and sunscreen all year round. we all feel insecure at times
Why sunscreen? I thought you only wear that when it’s super sunny and you’re outside for long periods of time
"It is really important to remember to wear your sunscreen every day or you may be putting your skin at risk. Ultraviolet rays are always present, and they are the cause of sun damage and skin cancer."
Oh wow I didn’t know that, thank you for informing me
Don't feel insecure it's a part of life you're not going to be young forever you're not going to look young forever you're not going to feel young forever just grow into it and be the best at it that you can be no matter what it is that you have to do minus plastic surgery because that'll make you age even faster keep your head up you'll be fine

To some extent yeah, it's a normal thing but most people are insecure about unnecessary stuff and that making them not a confident person and stopping them enjoying life.
it’s perfectly normal to feel insecure. That’s why the beauty industry is there to remind us of our insecurities everyday.
Yes, with social media now days it is normal to be insecure…. My insecurities weren’t a thing till Social Media Became a thing you are exposed to so many people who are very attractive and now accessible…. it makes you feel small, back when social media wasn’t popping every one Around me was average looking and I was considered Attractive, and Captivating to men they all gave me attention but now I’m seen as Basic or even Unattractive/ugly female who seems look transgender , now that there is a world of hot females
Ots mormal, everyone has insecurities. I suggest going to bed early so uou will be more refreshed. Also you can get one of those face rollers and put it in the fridge overnight, when you wake up you roll it over your entire face and will help the swelling go down. Forehead wrinkles are kinda normal, it's how your muscles help you make expressions but you can always try a moisturizer.
If you Have anxiety then yes.

Im so sorry... that sucks i dont have any and im almost 24 but use eye patches, get more sleep& as for the forhead wrinkles they make patches to lessen them and start drinking more water, de stress. Do you drink heavy amounts of alcohol?
I don’t drink alcohol at all
Wear spf if you dont already and try the patches. Tbh i do get eye bags too now and then but notice a change when i sleep more and use eye cream💗
Drink lots of water (it hydrates your whole body, including your skin).
Cut the sugar intake. Any amount is an improvement.
Use a facial moisturizer at night.
Do you have a facial moisturiser that you can recommend?
My favorite are the moisturizers by the brand Philosophy.
you will become more secure once you are 40+. people in teens and 20s are most insecure
But is it normal to have forehead wrinkles when I’m only 21? I thought wrinkles were normal from age 28 onwards
Well for one I don’t thinking stressing about it is going to happen. You could drink more water, less stress, enough sleep, eat healthy, avoid smoking or drinking too much, avoid excessive amounts of sun.
Slap yourself on both sides of your face, and remind yourself that you're not into your 50's yet.
Lack of proper sleep mix aloe Vera, vitamin E , grated orange and lime peels and carrot then apply on face bags under eye will go away over time
I’m 44 and don’t even have those yet. Relax. Go. Live.
What a tease lol 😂
@Aakash_Hangargi I was going for realism. 😎
That’s a more normal feeling than it should be. Just focus on reducing the stress in your life, eat well and moisturize.
I think it's normal to feel insecure we all do at some point it's a normal human thing
Most people have that problem I believe. I'm fortunate to not really have it the vast majority of the time.
Dr Berg on YouTube for bags.. wrinkles.. He a health food genius. He will help with your issues.. Something is out of balance, fix it your problem will go away...
Yes, I have been feeling insecure for quite many years and my self-esteem is low.
Everyone has their moments of feeling insecure….. even the individuals that appear to be overly confident.
