I would say if women soldiers can have long pony tails now, men should be able to grow beards. I wouldn't be for long hair since that is a legit hazard for snagging.

If men and women should be treated as equals then why take long hair away from men if god gave some men and some women the ability to grow hair then only let women grow their hair but have men cut theirs?
