When I look at this before and after (it was a curling perm tutorial), I definitely prefer the after thus the wavy/curly look. I have always been a wavy/curly hair fangirl even though my own hair is completely straight as in the before shot :D
I just think wavy/curly hair fits most girls/women (me included) better and the overal look is more feminine especially if the hair is longer.

u I love both, I really do... but, the wavy and the curly hair will always catch more of my attention and focus
