Is it morally wrong to deliberately dress or post pictures that catches attention?

Style that catch eyes.

I know this question "depends", but take this example. I won't like: I often wear faux leather clothing because I like being seen or noticed. On the street. Does this make me a bad, inappropriate person or slutty? What does tell about such a person in your opinion?

I'm thinking in the western context of culture now (Europe).

No, it is up to you because they are your pictures not theirs. Do not let anyone controls what you want to do on social media as long as it is not a crime. I have posted way worse pictures than the one you posted. I did receive some messages telling me that they thought it was rather inappropriate for me to do that as an educator. I told them that whatever you all feel is definetely not my problem at all.

@dana223 - And who is noticing you? Men that would make for good boyfriends or potential husbands or men that are good for one-night stands & friends with benefits.  That's your answer. You see Being attractive my typical getup is turtle neck shirts & ankle length skirts - nothing religious, I prefer to look professional - and I get  **noticed**  by men who would certainly make good boyfriends or husbands. Good personality, etc., etc. I don't care for money, plenty of my own, but these men are well established with very good careers.

i am not sure do you want unwanted attention? again i am not a woman i but i hear some complain about men they do not find attractive looking at them as a bad thing and think those men should not look. i do not understand this topic very well. so i cannot give a good answer. i dont care who looks at me outside. to me i dont see wearing that as a problem. but i dont want discredit anyone's experience because i do not know what that feels like. my answer is i am very unsure if it is a good thing or not. i never experienced that so i can't tell you yes or no.

It's not really morally wrong, but being attention-seeking can be sort of a bottomless pit, where you think it makes you feel good, but there is actually no point when you feel fully quenched.

You can draw attention, and be attractive, and have people drawn to you, or like you, for ways other than your sexuality. The sexuality is the low-hanging fruit (it's so easy, it's almost meaningless.) If it's on occasion, and it's just one aspect of you that makes you feel good, then it might be all right. But if it's never-ending, and the primary kind of attention you seek, even when you do have other things you value, and people who value you for things of more substance, then you might have a problem with validation.

It's your body, wear what you wish I suppose. I wouldn't place an objective moral judgement on it, provided you're not actively exposing yourself. And I appreciate you admit you enjoy being looked at for it. My only concern for you, and other women who do so, is you don't get much say in who looks. It could be a an attractive man in his mid 30's with a full head of tousled hair and an amazing smile; it could also be a lecherous old man with no concept of personal boundaries. When you invite attention, you invite ALL attention.

The whole ide of "moral" is to NOT be imposing yourself onto others, or be breaking norms. Hence why a lot of people come up with bullshit morals before they go off on "your body your choice" diatribes.

You live in a society within it's rules, where there is grey (these days it's in nearly everything) then you can test the boundaries.

Regardless, faux leather often looks shit, and it smells and gets you all sweaty. You'll be smelled before seen, more often than not and uber uncomfortable.

There is not one single thing wrong with that outfit. Most women's fashions accentuate their figures. Is a business suit with a pencil skirt that hugs her ass immoral? Are fashionable heels immoral?

Just about anything a woman wears is sexy because women, themselves, are sexy.

It’s not really a question of morals but more about your expectations about how are going to people respond.

You are going to get some weird randos out there making unfiltered comments that 100% speak their minds. Also likely some weirdo guys will attempt to direct message you. It’s just how it is on social media

So if you don’t care how the wrong people might react then who cares. But you really have no room to complain about potential wrong feedback might happen.

I'd say it takes the discipline to understand what type of attention you are attracting. Its like if you dress like a stripper then a certain culture follows that style of dressing. And you shouldn't be surprised then when its attracting the creeps. If you are pretty much inviting them towards you. Its kinda the same kinda moral ideology of treat others how you wanna be treated. I may not be very high fasion, but I do not go out in what I was wearing in the garage, unless it is to the parts store.
I put on a decent shirt, good jeans.
How you look is a reflection on you, and that is also how I was raised.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be noticed. It’s only weird when someone wears something eye catching or revealing in public and expects people NOT to look. I will say for women it’s a double edged sword cause sometimes it creates an unfortunate line of being comfortable or harassed.
