Dying or bleaching your hair doesn't make you fake necessarily and it certainly doesn't make you "plastic". Some people just like to do something different with their hair. Plastic surgery is "plastic and fake".
It's not fair to generalize girls/women who bleach their hair as "fake & plastic".

No. It's a personal look that some woman chose to do for fun or simply to look beautiful without the gray hair, or for some of us like me, I am bored with my black natural hair color so I change the color now and then.
Not any more than girls who wear makeup or nail polish. It's a style. They want to feel good about the way they look and this is the way they choose to do it. Don't think you can make that generalization about them.
Very funny that 81% of the no votes are woman.. if up you do not think it is fake.. then we can all agree that it is not natural.
The question's not about the hair colour, that's obviously fake, but the woman.
@goaded Okay for me honestly, I natural looking woman... and when the feel that they are good enough the way they were born it make me sad. Bule hair purple hair, red hair... arm sleeves, over the top makeup... edited photos... it makes me feel sad for them.
No... It's just hair. It literally changes nothing about who you are. Fake people get their rep by their personalities not their hair color..

I have bleached hair simply because I wanted to change up my look. I had my fun with it, and now I'm waiting for it to grow out so I can cut it and go back to my natural color. Sometimes you just want to try something new. Doesn't make you fake or plastic.
I said no because I feel like when I think of a fake and plastic girl, the color of her hair isn't what really comes to mind. I have met many fake and plastic girls with many different hair colors. I think the bleach blonde stereotype comes from barbie dolls but ya, fake girls come on all colored and styled hair dues.
most of my friends bleach their hair but still looking like a normal human being, so no. Being fake and plastics depends on any other factors and fashion sense

Most girls I know who bleach their hair are hardcore goth/scene/? (fashion, I don't know) and pretty genuine folks.
