I’ve been sick the past week…quite sick tbh with a virus.

And I feel like SHIT. I feel so ugly 😂

I’m going to take a long shower though and do a face mask etc. Then I’ll do my makeup and dress nicely…that’s how I usually treat myself when I feel unattractive to feel better lol.

I used to feel unattractive all the time. My ex used to insinuate that I was strange looking and this played on insecurities about my appearance that I had from when I was young. Awhile after I got divorced I woke up one morning and realized I didn’t feel ugly. I eventually came to know that I’m quite attractive.

Remember that most people are their own worst critic. I’m pretty sure, from the experiences you have written about here, that you are an attractive woman. Try not to entertain thoughts to the contrary.

I have self esteem so horrible that I have NOT looked at myself in the mirror in 3 years. Then last year I was hospitalized for awhile, and I know I looked horrible. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels ugly, I hope you feel better, by the way. Drink lots of fluids, and juice. It contains vitamins that can help your immunities.

Oh yes lol. We all been through that phase in our life. I usually feel unattractive when I am on my period because I bloat a lot and getting a lot of breakout. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning or after an intense workout where I sweat and my hair is in a mess.

@EmyyWolf You're entitled to your opinion, but prior to this conversation, there's not a single moment in my life that I spent thinking about my jaw or chin. That's something women and beta/metrosexual men do. I simply find shaving annoying, because it's something that I've had to deal with on a regular basis since middle school. Being able to grow a full beard, and do it rather quickly, at age 12 in the 7th grade isn't the flex one might think or expect it to be. So I shaved frequently as a teenager throughout middle school and high school, and it slowly became aggravating. Ever since then, unless it's absolutely necessary (like a holiday or event), I don't shave.
