You are obviously a bartender at a what appears to be a sports type bar and that attire is very common. I operate a restaurant/bar on the Gulf coast of So Florida and the attire our girls wear is very similar and the truth is the more skin that shows the larger the revenue for the business is going to be and the larger your tips are going to be.

Dude that outfit 100% accentuates the belly/stomach.
Maybe she should get fit and get a flat tummy. If I were the boss I'd pass out a different uniform for her. That muffin top bloating out isn't really working with that top.
