I know it might probably seem odd, but using baby shampoo instead of regular shampoo has prevented me losing too much hair. I had tried almost everything on the market (multiple Kerastase brands, also shampoos with argan oil etc) and even though some helped for a bit, none of them lasted for a long time. But baby shampoo works. At least for me and at least for now.
Also cutting off butter has prevented me from getting pimples.
Sorry to interrupt ladies, this isn’t a direct beauty tip but overall health tip incase you’re interested. Milk thistle. I live by this stuff. I used to catch a cold or flew once or twice a year where I would be down for a week. Any been taking milk thistle for over ten years one a day. I have not been sick once. It is the only common denominator in my life so this stuff is amazing. Ok thanks just thought I’d share.
I LOVE cacao butter, I use it on my knees, my elbows, but I specially like to use it on my face. I have naturally dry skin, I like to rub a bit of cacao butter on my hands right after washing my face before it is completely dry and gently press my hands on my face, it gives a nice glow and it's soft and hydrated all day. I also use it to replace eyebrow gel, plus it's good for eyebrows, at night I apply it on my eyelashes also. I found out it also make eyeshadows stick better to my skin.

I'm doing everything almost perfectly from face wash and moisturizing twice a day, eating and sleeping well, lots of water, avoiding sun etc etc
Somehow the pimples and acne purposefully wanna ruin my life damn 🙃
Have you checked if you have fungal acne? If not, that could be a reason. Other reasons might be your hair products, or even a food allergy, there's people that stop eating certain foods for a time to find out which ones are making them break out, gluten and dairy are often seen as a problem in this cases, this is not to stop eating gluten and dairy, but to eat the with moderation.
