I would suggest getting regular trims it will help maintain a more uniform length as ur hair grows out, cutting longer ones so the shorter ones could catch to em
use salt free/alcohol free pomade, gel n mousse to manipulate ur hair n blend the uneven lengths
u could use hair clips to pin back the uneven sections
also avoid using excessive heat or harsh chemicals or it would damage the hair follicles thus it won't grow out fast

go to barber and ask for a close cropped 3 guard on the clippers and do the entire head. Easy to take care of, cooler for the upcoming summer. Can go months before another cut
A stylist would sort that in a heartbeat.
I mean, It will take time to grow it longer, but you don't have to suffer the way it looks whilst it grows!

Oh, I totally get the frustration of growing out a buzz cut! It’s like your hair has its own mind during that awkward in-between phase. To encourage even growth while dealing with curtain bangs, first and foremost, patience is key. But let's add some fun and flair to the process, shall we?
Start by keeping your scalp and hair healthy. A nourishing hair care routine, with products tailored to your hair type, can support healthy growth. Consider adding some hair vitamins to your diet if you haven’t already; just a little boost from the inside can do wonders.
Styling can be your best friend here. Play around with different hair accessories like headbands or fun clips to manage the uneven lengths stylishly. They're not just practical but also let you express your personality and add a pop to your look.
Don't hesitate to experiment with texture. If your hair is long enough, a bit of curl or wave can make the different lengths look intentional, adding volume and movement that disguises the awkward stages.
Lastly, regular trims, even when growing it out, are crucial. It might sound counterintuitive, but trimming helps to remove split ends, keeping your hair healthy and actually encouraging it to grow more evenly.
And remember, this phase won't last forever. Before you know it, you'll have a full canvas again to style in any way you please. Keep playing with your look and have fun with it; after all, hair grows back, and this is the perfect time to experiment with styles you might not have considered before.
