Should I wear men’s leggings in public?

My girl freind has seen me in my tight swimming jammers and bike shorts she is also used to seeing me in thermals we were them for pajamas but she likes seeing me in tight fitting clothes and I agree they are really comfortable she bought me these under armor leggings to do yoga in at our yoga class witch I am the only guy there and everyone thinks I am good looking in them and she makes me wear them around the house and I mow the lawn with them but the thing is with those when I sweat they go see through down there and I treat the leggings like underwear because they are actually thermal underwear and she says I don’t need to wear underwear underneath them but then she got me these men’s leggings and she wants me to wear them out on a date tonight to get over my fear so she said we will both wear leggings she said we will first go to sky zone to jump around and then we will go to the mall and then we will go out to eat and lastly we got super nice movie theater tickets so is it ok the listen to her and wear the leggings on the date or is it weird what do you think

Hmm that's a tough one man. On one hand, your girl thinks you'd look good in the leggings and wants you to be comfortable. And if you're just going to be doing active stuff like jumping at Sky Zone, they'd probably be convenient.

But wearing them to the mall might feel a little strange. Most guys don't do that ya know? I'd probably feel kinda self-conscious with everything on display. And at the movies too, that's pushing it even further into just normal hanging out. People might stare.

I'd say wear them for Sky Zone since you'll be moving around a lot. But maybe bring a change of clothes for the rest of the date? Compromise with your girl - tell her you appreciate her wanting you to be comfortable, but wearing leggings to more public places might make you feel awkward. She should understand where you're coming from.

It's cool that you're open to trying new things, but no need to push your limits too far if it doesn't feel right. Maybe stick to leggings at home or the gym for now. No shame in that either! Just be honest with her about how you're feeling - I'm sure she just wants you to be happy too.

Guys in leggings is not an attractive look to me. That said, wear what you’re comfortable in. It’s ultimately your choice
