Excess fat on the face and tummy comes in the way while tying shoes, and pain in the soles of feet and heels (like plantar fasciitis), I look old.
My friend told me one day that your belly fat has started hanging now.
My original weight was 74 kg, and muscle and fat were evenly distributed, then lockdown came and my weight went up to 108, then I focused on diet and came down to 84 and stuck to it. Now my stomach is as wide as my pecs.
Now I am trying to get back to 74 but my body has made its balance at 84 which I am trying to break now
