Does my mother's wedding ring look ok on my little finger or would you have it resized?

I inherited my late mother's wedding ring about six years ago. I have had it put up since. I decided to pull it out and do something with it. I thought I would wear it on my right hand to see so as not to confuse people. The first thing that I did was take it to the jeweler to see if all the stones were in place ok? Everything was fine? Then, I put it on. Uh oh. I didn't realize that my fingers were a bit larger than my mother's. It did not fit my ring finger, but fits very nicely on my little finger. Does it look ok there, or do you think I should have it resized to fit my ring finger?

It looks a bit bulky for your pinky finger, but that's kind of just a fashion/aesthetic preference. Maybe go get a quote for what the resize would cost and go from there in terms of deciding to change it or not? But if you like it as is, just keep it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

@danny_dan92 That is why I waited 6 years. I finally decided that since it was in storage I could rearrange it or whatever. Most of my friends told me not to rearrange it because it was pretty much custom made. I mean it is real diamonds, and no sense in letting it just sit.

I think it would be disrespectful towards your mother to change a ring that was significant to her. Unless she was divorced
