Do you get compliments often when you go out? What do compliments on how you're dressed or you smell mean to you?

I don't go out much, maybe once a week. But when I do go out, I get at least one compliment on my outfit or what perfume I'm wearing. It's not that I'm looking for external attention, but I do appreciate the compliments. Someone went out of their way to talk to me. They could have kept the thought to their self , but was compelled enough to tell me.
