I'm old enough that I know plenty of people who've fucked themselves up and take them as precautionary tales. I have no intentions on being broken by 40 or 50. lol.
Yes, I stretch daily as well as doing mobility exercises for supporting muscles around the knees and such that most people completely ignore.
I always try to run a mile and a half or so before work so stretching is one of the first things I do every morning so I can get going
