Sexual harassment is whatever a woman says it is.
Blame the women not the behavior. That's what guys like you do. Go on...
Oh, give it a break. That's not blaming women.
Sexual harassment is a moving target. If a female feels uncomfortable and registers a complaint at work or college her sexual harassment has merit by the fact she has made a complaint.
The issue is then examined to determine if work or college guidelines have been breached.
That's not blaming women.
That's recognizing the nature of the sexual harassment complaint process.
Now examine what you just did. You played victim in your comment right away, assuming behaviour of females was blamed or in question. It wasn't. Then you followed that up with, "That's what guys like you do..."
You've proven my point.
You've just taken the position you've been offended, that you are a victim, and a male commenter to your thread is one of those "guys like you."

@coffeewithcream exactly. They keep moving the goal posts because judgment is based on their emotions not facts.
What pissed me off about women like her is that some well meaning yet naive young boys will take her very partial viewpoint to heart. Then they will be overly tentative and too passive/pleasing when they are in romantic settings. They then get rejected and friend zoned.
