cat calling is rude. If you think someone is attractive... simply tell them... comment on their smile.. their hair.. etc... DO NOT say... hey.. nice tits... nice ass. etc... its demeaning
What if you're not attracted to their smile or hair, and really do think they have a nice ass? Isn't honesty the best policy?
Yes. It all depends on the approach. How things are said goes a long ways.

There was a similar video that went viral like 5 years ago or something showing a girl with a crazy good body walking through New York and she got catcalled a LOT!
