What would you think if guy seems concerned for you?

If a guy asks if your okay and seems to care for you, whether to you or a third party what would you think girls?

Generally I think it's nice and a huge plus. But there is this one guy, and whenever he acts all caring it just rubs me the wrong way. I think it's because he has a crush on me and I don't like him back, but it makes me grit my inner teeth. He'll always try to help me and say stuff like, "There you go!" and I find it patronizing. But practically anybody else and I find it compassionate.

Depends on what you mean by caring. If he asked me about how I was feeling when I was unwell then it might be a genuine friendly concern which we all have for our friends. Or asking if I reached home alright at night after hanging out with him.
But extra concern like asking me everyday if I had my meals, etc. shows that he MIGHT like me as more than a friend.

Also, I could observe if he showed the same concern for every friend or just me in particular.

Asking if your alright, texting you out of the blue, taking an interest in her life

Maybe he just wants to be friends. Level of caring varies from person to person. Only you can judge the level by observing the person (what I said in my previous comment). But nevertheless, it is always nice to know that someone cares :)

What do you mean by REALLY liked? Like if he was crushing on me? It depends. Some people just care for each other in a platonic way, and I wouldn't really think anything of it.

Also depends on the situation. If he is someone also I do care, I will be totally happy. Or someone I find creepy, I will be disturbed.
