When I am sober, I am kind of shy and I think I am quite boring. But when alcohol is involved, I tend to be more flirty and confident. Is there any way I can be like this without having to drink?

This is an internal issue that deals with your self worth and will take a long time to fix (close to a year if you are serious about it). As corny as it sounds, I want you to look in the mirror twice a day (am and pm) and say out Loud multiple times, "I'm confident, I'm good looking, funny and great with women." Do this every day for a month and if you are truly serious, message me again on June 16th and I'll give you step two, to make you a chick magnet.

People have told me this in the past. I think it's about being free with yourself all the time. You don't have to be afraid of saying something when sober, just let your thoughts flow freely.

Get interesting. Find something to be passionate about. A hobby, a cause, some charity. Get good at something...running, swimming, rock climbing.
