Crushing on a stranger. Does he have a crush on me too?

It's been half a month and I see him almost every day. Now I only see him twice or thrice a week but that's fine too. He's a complete stranger but he seems like 2 or 3 years older than me. I see him around my neighborhood and round town. We always make eye contact. When I see him he's always looking at me but then he looks in front and acts like he doesn't see. Once he smiled at me when he was with a friend he always hangs out. His friend always pokes him or grins when the guy sees me. One day he was walking behind me on the bridge then he went in front and waiting for his friends to join him and I was looking at hid profile and noticed that he was blushing, then his friends started laughing at him.
Some days ago I was staying outside the pizza place and waiting for my sister that was inside and I saw him crossing the road and he was shocked when he saw me but he kept looking at me while I looked at the ground. When I looked back up I saw him turning his head to look at me before I turned around to meet my sister.

Do you think he likes me? Or shows any interest in me?

Yes, I do think that he likes you. Because I once heard my friend say that, if a boy keeps looking at you but when you turn to look at him, he'll look away. And if his friends make fun of him while looking at you, probably they knows that he has a crush on you. He was shocked when he saw you probably because he did not expect you to be there too.
