Colleague blushing everytime I talk with her?

At my work, there is a very cute colleague. Everytime I talk with her, she's blushing. But she doesn't blush when someone else talk with her.

I know this girl is very shy. She had no problem talking with other guys. But she can only say "hello" to me, nothing more. But when I start to talk with her, she's blushing. She doesn't say much to me.

Does she hates me or think I'm disgusting?

Nooo, she LIKES you!!! So much that she is embarrassed and feels it is written all over her face that she has feelings for you. And then it literally does get written all over her face via blushing! If you like her, you'll need to act soon. She's already wondering about your feelings and maybe trying to get herself to stop liking you so she doesn't feel like such a fool for blushing. :)
