Shy guys do you like to be touched by your crush?

Like on the arm or whatever. Nothing sexual. If its a girl you have know for couple months or so? What if you tend to always be talking to your close friend and she wants to attract your attention without directly interrupting it? She has good manners... would a light touch to your arm grab your attention? Or is that off limits? Would you shake her off or ignore it?

im really shy, i would get a boner but i can't help it, just happens, i get all nervious then but try to remain calm. i just keep thinking that i hope she doesn't notice but then im like ' how the hell can't she not' so i get all flustered basically , however i notice if i drink about 2 naggins of vodka im okish

As for the thinking part, I doubt I'd think anything at the particular moment. I'd more likely stare blankly at her, with obvious fear clearly showing on my face. I'd like it though. :3

For me it wouldn't bother me. I suppose if I liked the girl back, I would make a point of touching her shoulder too, maybe not straight away but I would reciprocate

This might have been over zealous but one time I was on a date with a girl and randomly she grabbed the keys on my clip while they were on my pants and started asking about what all the tags were. Clearly that was a sign of interest.

If he's extremely shy he may not like it. But if he's just typically shy he may get a little nervous but still like it.

Well lots of shy guys aren't used to girls showing affection to them, so they may act nervous. They may be slightly hesitant. I say you go for it don't over think it. If you like him go after him. Don't sit there and think "what if"

As a shy guy I completely agree we are way too hard to deal with. Deep down we just don't want to say something that ruins our chances with you. Lots of girls are really cruel in that sense.
