He's not making a move- why?

Whenever I'm around him, I get this really strong vibe that he likes me (the women intuition), he stares at me and smiles but I just ignore him. Still he's not making any move at all and I get tangled up between the "he's just not that into you" rules and what I feel.

i truly understand what you going through. I had the same mix up with my crush. I decided to just ask him straight up if he likes me or not, and although it blew up in my face, I now know how he feels and I can try to get over him. so I say, take the risk. it's better to know and act from there than not knowing, being confused and getting no where.

I think you should try to give him signals that say you like him; if he thinks he's putting too many out and not getting a response, you aren't interested.

But then, you obviously are, asking online and whatnot. ^-^

Well the answer is that you ignore him. A guy won't make a move if it seem like your ignoring him, that's just not logical. Your paying attention to him, so show him.
