Hmmm... Depends on what date it is... If its the first, don't hold her hand. You're not exclusive yet and it might be awkward. I'd say third would be the night to attempt to hold her hand.

You'll know she doesn't want to hold your hand if immediately she takes it back, or finds some reason to let go (to grab something/touch something) and doesn't come back and reunite hands.

I personally am not much of a "cuddler" unless our relationship is real serious and we've been dating for a while. I wouldn't do a whole lot. Maybe just put your arm around her chair. Act normal. Don't do the yawn thing and then put it on her chair. We all know that move. Just be bold and confident and do it.

Also, she might not take her hand away quickly because she doesn't want to insult you, but you might feel her stiffen and tense up a little.

I would say that holding her hand during the movie is fine. It would be cute to start holding her hand right as the movie was starting, or during. :) good luck!
