-Is it good we confess on first meeting/introduction to her? But we look at each other a lot. But never had convo.
-Shy girls, how the way you like when your crush confess his feeling?
-Guys, any experience?
-Do I compliment her first before I start our first convo?

Being a shy girl myself, I would be a bit scared if a guy confessed on the first conversation, but I'm thinking it depends on the personality of each person. In fact, if the guy I was crushing on miraculously happened to like me back, and if he wanted to say so, I would want him to be straightforward about it, without compliments, and a joke here and there. I don't know,
I'm not much of a romantic, but like I said, it depends on the personality. There are lots of hopeless romantics out there, and people who are inbetween, so just try to feel confident about asking her out :D
