Guys and body language while driving...Are these flirting signs?

So what does it mean if you're a guy; you're driving and you're:
1- holding a girl's hand (interlocking fingers with thumb rubbing) for long periods of time
2- rubbing her thighs, arms and legs (not in a creepy way- very lighty)
3- stroking her hair
4- rubbing the lower part of her chin
5- telling her how much you like her laughter, that she's attractive, and that there's something about her that makes you get back to her, asking her where she got that beauty from.. Etc
does it mean anything?

No, those aren't actually flirting signs. Flirting is when he gets down on one knee and proposes, marries you, raises a family with you, grows old with you. Then, and only then, are those signs that he kinda likes you.
