He didn't want to take advantage of me?

So a while back a friend and I went out and we got a little wasted. We started making out in his room, but before it got serious he said that he felt like he was taking advantage of me because I was drunk. He then stopped and we just laid there cuddled on his bed. We didn't talk about it after that, but I just wonder why he held back that night. He's gotten drunk and sleep with whoever he's with before, but I'm not the typical kind of girl that he hangs out with.

Any suggestions to why he stopped?

I'm actually glad he did, but I just wonder what it means. I mean I like him, but I'm not wanting to just have a physical relationship with him.

I think it means he respects you too much to take advantage of you when you're drunk...that's a good thing

Yea, that does sound like a good thing...but I'm just unsure of what we are..more then friends but less then lovers? I don't know where I'm at with him..and if I were to ask him he'd probably just say that we're just friends..but his actions would say otherwise

Then your his friend that he finds attractive but just wants to be friends with. I've gotten drunk and made out with one of my guy friends before, we laughed about it the next day and we're still good friends
