This guy who has a girlfriend keeps snapchatting me?

I have known this guy since middle school. We reconnected and have been talking for a few years now.
He will snapchat me about every other day. Even if i dont respond there will be a snapchat from him at least once a week. He tried to date me when he was single but i was never interested... he lives halfway across the country from me and i won't do long distance.
He has a new girlfriend but he still snapchats me on a regular basis.
Should i keep talking to him and give him a chance if he becomes single again? Or is he not worth my time?
Is he sleazy for continuing communication with me when he has a gf?

Like you said it yourself, you're not willing to do long distance ao why is it that he has a girlfriend now that you seem interested? Not to be rude at all but it doesn't make sense why you're willing to wait for him to be single if he lives so far from you and no one really knows how long they'd last. Think about the girlfriend too, if he was snapchatting a girl everyday how would you feel?

No, that's not a right behaviour on his part. He has a girlfriend then why would he snapchat you? that's strange? His behaviour is not heading in the right direction

Put yourself in his GF's shoes. Would you want him to Snapchat you if you were her? If he will do this to his girlfriend now, what makes you think he would not do the exact same thing if he was with you?
