He has a girlfriend but checks me out. Should I say something?

One of my supervisors (with a GF) who I'm pretty friendly with likes to check me out when I'm talking to him. He will scan my body with his eyes quickly. Or check me out from across the room. He has done it in a room full of people as well. I don't see him doing it to anyone else but I don't think this is exclusive to me. I think this is how he is. He is otherwise a professional/friendly guy. I haven't said anything to him. I act like I don't see it. Should I say something to him in a joking way?

What he is doing is inappropriate, but then you don't have to say anything to him, just stay away from him, but then you mentioned that he is your supervisor so that may not be possible, so you should make sure that you limit your interaction with him and keep him at a distance.

Today he is only checking you out, tomorrow he might try to approach and try to flirt with you, that time make sure you don't give him any signs which might make him believe you might be interested in him and never try to flirt with him also.

That's the thing before he got promoted we were on the same level. And we barely talked it was more like high school. Silly glances and some words spoken here and there "can I borrow something?" Flirting. Which got me thinking he was single. Ever since the promotion we talk a lot more not just on a work level but friendly one as well. And I'd be lying if I said it was professional all the time. One day I heard him awkwardly whisper that he had a girlfriend while I was in the room like I'm hard of hearing. I knew for about 3 months before he mentioned it to me. And he looked like he was about to pass out looking for my reaction. I already knew. We like each other but it's a friendly keep your distance type thing. I don't want to like him it's torture and confusing. Why flirt with me and look at me like that if he has a girlfriend. I know just because he has a girlfriend doesn't mean he isn't human. But still...

Do you think he is conscious of it or it's innocent? Or that I don't notice?

i think everyone checks out other people. it is definitely conscious but i also believe that human nature always has us looking for better than what we have whether we love what we have or not. or will ever act on it or not. so yes mostly innocent.

Yes I don't get creep from him so all these things telling me he is a horrible person or no conscious of it, I reject.

Yeah it's probably just part of his personality type, but if it bothers you just say something about it that it dose bother you. At least he will be aware of it if you tell him

Sometimes I want to say something llike in a joking way "do I have something on my pants?" But I have to really think about it because we are " friends" now I don't want to make stuff awkward. I wonder if he thinks I don't notice.

Yes you should, especially if it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Do you mean to the girlfriend? If so, then no. I check out girls that I don't want to mess around with all the time. You would only cause unwarrented problems between them.

If it's making you uncomfortable then yes you should say something to him.

No definitely not! I really think it's innocent. Because although he does this he gets nervous when we are alone like we will both say something inappropriate. I don't think he is a slime ball but it did take him a long time to mention his girlfriend in front of me. And that was on purpose because we use to flirt when I thought he was single. I was just asking should I say something to him about it because it's every day seems like.
