Has she forgotten me?

If a girl doesn't make any contact with you, no text or call, for more than two months, is it safe to assume that she just doesn't care and has forgotten me?

We used to hang out/talk because we were classmates for a semester, but this semester I don't see her anymore because she's not in my classes.

Yeah she has, I'm in the exact same position. At the end of the day if she really wanted to spend time with you then she would. It's that simple.

Well, I've asked her to hang out when we were in school, and we did hang out, but when break came she was always too busy.
