I just found out my bus parents support trump and ethnic cleansing.. I was shocked but I'm keeping it to myself. He has Done nothing to dispel my trust in him and fir the time being his parents have nothing to do with my life. That would make them less attractive to me, not gonna lie. I know that not every Trump supporter is racist or stupid and many people voted for him because of his financial promises but if they supported him, they helped him win the presidency with their vote, they were aware what kind of goals Trump had set during his campaign, he was very clear about his plans for the future. Meaning they were aware that things might turn out the way they do now. And that's not something I can easily accept.
My boyfriend supports trump as well as I do. I certainly wouldn't be with anyone that supported Hillary. And calling Trump supporters names... is exactly why he got elected. If you do that then I would say anyone that supported Hillary are just low life lazy bums who want everything handed to them.

Except it's not a Muslim ban nor is it even an actual ban, you are vetted and investigated for 90 days. To make sure you have no ties to terrorist or militant groups and are engaged in no terror activity once you are found cleared and cleared you can come into the country.
And it's not just Muslims from those countries, everyone who lives in those countries or who has visited those country's recently before returning or coming to the US is denied entry and vetted and investigated for 90 days. It doesn't matter what your skin colour, race, ethnicity or religion is and it doesn't matter where you come from originally. If you meet one of those 2 criteria your vetted and denied entry into the US.
Even American citizens are not exempt from this ban if an American has visited one of the listed country's recently before returning to the US they are stopped, denied entry and vetted as well.
The only people actually exempt from the ban are goverment politicians and some celebrities.

and just FYI Trump was originally going to ban every single Muslim from coming into the country. During the election. Which I disagree with and did not support.
But he changed his mind realizing that it was wrong to ban a specific group of people based on religion. So he adopted this plan instead to stop anyone regardless of race, religion or nationality from coming into the country if they came from or had visited these warzones and terrorist areas. And gave them 90 days before they could enter the US so that we could vet them and investigated them to make sure they aren't dangerous.
After that if they cleared and deemed safe they can come into the country.

Even if illegal immigration is a legitimate issue, we have bigger fish to fry. We seriously need to get out of other nations' hair, and worry about ourselves for once.
