... I think you should be asking why Indian men are so into white girls.
I've never heard of a single white girl who is into brown men. You might get an occasional couple with a brown guy+white girl but, on average, most white girls I've spoken to over the years say brown guys are actually the ones they're least attracted to.

I personally have been "attracted" to 1 Indian male, but it was more because his personality was great and he was chill. However, I do not prefer Indian men. They come off creepy and desperate, especially online. I have never heard of Indian men being that desirable...
