If you are can manage your emotions, you won't scare the other person away. In fact you can become quite close friends even maybe more. BUT if the person is just continously giving the other oogly eyes. Then it's guna hurt you cause they won't be very receptive if they don't feel the same back

This is a question of you getting unrequited feelings so technically anytime will be too early but I suppose there is are cases of getting in too deep too quick and frightening another person off, sometimes happens me so I do try and restrain my feelings until I am sure of the other person's feelings.

I'll admit that I catch feelings quickly! I'm such a Libra, completely in tune of my emotions and not afraid of them.

This is why an 'ice queen' type (a girl who is slow to catch feelings and always 'checks' her emotions) is the BIGGEST turn off for me.

I used to catch feelings fast but as I've gotten older, it's much harder to catch feelings. And if I do and the instant something sets off a red flag I can easily and immediately shut off feelings like a light switch. I honestly don't really pay attention until I really feel a guy, I will tell him when I feel the time is right. Most times a guy will like me and get mad that I didn't pick up on it. I oblivious to shit like that. You gotta just tell me.
