I mean depends on the girl. II lived in slovenia, am slovenian myself. In most cases guys must be to aproach first we still live on the gentleman rule xD well at least they expect that. But a lot of the girls are wildcards too esp. The young ones.
Bjt I dont think there is like specific difference between slovenian and other girls.
Every person is unique.
They do say that slovenian people are really open and friendly.
