Not by hot girls. Only by masculine women, mostly. A real woman is feminine and expects a man to be a man and approach her, not the other way around.
Truly attractive guys are intimidating they don't get asked out. They can get anyone who's single tho. If they have other things to offer. Being a well built guy isn't enough to be hot or wanted usually the opposite.
It happen to me a couple of times. Even a married women wanted to have sex with me as soon as she approached me. I didn't do it though.
