This guy is ALWAYS giving me compliments, like always. It gets really weird at times because he literally finds any reason in any conversation to tell me I am beautiful. Ex. HIM: “just wanted to wish you a good evening, dont wanna bother you” ME: “aw that just made me smile. how was your day?” HIM: “much better now when such attractive girl has replied haha” ME: “well, I better not bother then when you two talk” HIM: “listen, you do a lot of sports right? all the guys from your town must be going crazy over you.” He almost always initiates conversations.
When we hang out in a group setting, he always finds a reason to talk to me about anything, just to strike up a conversation. He is also always facing me or sometimes I catch him looking and smiling at me. He keeps inviting me to random events or to go cycling or hiking with him. I am not sure he is serious about that because he never made actual plans.
He is 15 years older than me (I’m 24) so everytimes things get heated up, he says “but I’m too old for you”. It does not stop him from flirting, though. So I know he cannot imagine dating me, or would not want to date me, but he messes with my head by talking to me so much. I started to develop feelings but I never showed him because I was not sure of his. I heard too many stories in which guys do this “flirting” with girls just to boost their ego and then make them feel silly for falling for them.
Based on certain things he said, I think he is sexually attracted to me and I feel the sexual tension when we talk. It also makes me feel weird to have one-on-one talk with him when all friends are doinf something else, because all of a sudden I remember the heavily flirty conversations and I am not able to even have normal conversation with him anymore. He used to be really caring and always made sure I got home safe if I was driving, always asks me about school, makes sure I am okay generally etc.

So eh, I guess what I am wondering is... Do I tell him I have feelings for him and to please be respectful if it is just fun to him? Or does it sound like he is just having fun and in no way feels anything romantic towards me so I can just tell him to stop and move on.
